• T.I.M.E. Groups

At Immanuel, we believe that Discipleship is T.I.M.E. because it takes time to GROW in Christ. Discipleship requires time to Teach, Invest, Mentor, and Equip each generation for every generation.

Our T.I.M.E. Groups are gender-based, small groups of 3-5 people who yearn for faithfulness, accountability, communication, teachability, and steadfastness.

Contact our church office if you would like more information on joining a group this Summer.

  • Teach

Titus 2 speaks to the need to teach sound doctrine. "Teach what is good."

Consistency matters, and we see it in God's Word. The Bible demands our attention, acceptance, and obedience.

We cannot "get over" what God has done. May we continue to be people who delight in the Word of God and the God of the Word.

  • invest

Our prayers for people will prompt us to INVEST.

If we are recipients of God's saving grace, we must also grow in the lifestyle made possible by grace.

Investment is intentionally taking TIME with another and installing a signpost at the doorstep of another believer's heart that says, "Look to God!"

    Initiative. Intercession. Invitation. Investment.

  • mentor

A.W. Tozer once said, "A True disciple does not consider Christianity a part-time commitment.

He has become a Christian in ALL PARTS of his life. He has reached the point where there is no turning back."

Mentoring is resolving to be responsible for demonstrating to another how you follow Christ so they can learn to follow Christ more closely.

New birth to a new life leads to MENTORing others.

  • Equip

What are the tools in your toolbox? We each have specific ways that we disciple other believers in Christ.

Equipping others is an invitation to give tools for maturing in Christ to learn, apply, and multiply on purpose.

'Your Word is a Lamp to my feet and a light for my path." (Psalm 119:105)

We are called to share the tools available to know God in different seasons, grow in God, and EQUIP others to do the same.
